Javell Ponder, a 2-year-old boy from Jacksonville, Florida, went missing on July 21, 2024. His disappearance triggered a widespread search effort led by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, along with community volunteers. Javell was last seen near his home, and after hours of searching, he was tragically found in a nearby pond. Despite swift efforts by officers to retrieve him and attempts at resuscitation, Javell was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital.
