Bobby Joe Gross, a 47-year-old man, went missing on January 4, 2009, from Charlotte, North Carolina. Gross was last seen on Newhart Road in the city, and his disappearance was reported by his brother, who had not heard from him since that date. At the time of his disappearance, Gross was described as a white male, standing 6'1" and weighing around 180 pounds.
