Jacob Clark, a 21-year-old from Portland, Tennessee, went missing on August 25, 2010. He was last seen by his father early that morning at 6:30 AM. Later that day, Jacob’s father returned home, but Jacob was gone. A note left behind by Jacob indicated that he had missed a court date and was "already gone."
