Julie Vessigault, a 47-year-old woman from Elk Grove, California, has been missing since January 23, 2024. She was last seen by her mother and her mother's caregiver at her mother’s apartment in Elk Grove. On that day, Julie left the apartment taking only her car keys, a Wisely ATM card, and possibly a temporary California driver’s license.
