Paul David Blackburn, 56, went missing on June 11, 2013, while snorkeling with his son near Molokini Crater off the coast of Kihei, Hawaii. Blackburn, a tourist from Illinois, was last seen by his son around 5:30 p.m. that day. While snorkeling without a life jacket, Blackburn went underwater and never resurfaced. Despite an extensive search by the U.S. Coast Guard, which included helicopters, boats, and other local rescue personnel, no trace of him was found, and he is presumed to have drowned. ...Read More
