Marcus Dean Wise, 26, was last seen on June 18, 2015, in Hermiston, Oregon. He disappeared after taking his dog for a walk in the Riverfront Park area. Later that day, his dog was found wandering alone in the western part of town, but there was no trace of Marcus.
