Heber Morales Vargas, a 16-year-old from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been missing since December 17, 2016. Heber disappeared along with his younger brother, Rudy, who was 13 at the time. It is believed that the two brothers may have left to work in the agricultural fields in Port St. Lucie, Florida, though the circumstances around their disappearance remain unclear.
