Heber Morales Vargas, a 16-year-old from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been missing since December 17, 2016. Heber disappeared along with his younger brother, Rudy, who was 13 at the time. It is believed that the two brothers may have left to work in the agricultural fields in Port St. Lucie, Florida, though the circumstances around their disappearance remain unclear.
At the time of his disappearance, Heber was described as 5'4" in height, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The case remains open, with authorities considering the possibility that the brothers could still be in the South Florida region. However, there has been little development in finding their whereabouts.
The Fort Lauderdale Police Department continues to seek information from the public in hopes of solving the case. Despite multiple efforts to locate the brothers, including age-progressed images released to aid in identification, no significant leads have surfaced, and their family continues to await answers.Last Seen: Dec 17, 2016
