Karam Govens Jr., an 8-year-old boy, has been missing since September 22, 2017. He was last seen in Port St. Lucie, Florida, leaving his grandmother's home with his mother, Georgia Brown, around 12:30 a.m. that morning. Brown, who had been staying with her mother due to marital problems, received a distressing phone call shortly before she left with Karam.
