Michael Schmidt, a 59-year-old resident of Hillsboro, Illinois, was last seen on June 10, 2018, while hunting for arrowheads with a friend in a rural area near Pawnee, Illinois. Schmidt, who suffered from health issues including cancer, was physically weak and had a tracheal stoma that prevented him from speaking.
