Luz Velazquez, a 13-year-old girl, was last seen on July 2, 2018, in Santa Maria, California. She left her home that day on a black bicycle, telling her mother she would return within an hour. Unfortunately, Luz never came back, and her whereabouts have remained unknown since then. Luz had a history of going missing prior to this incident, and her last known communication with her family occurred on September 19, 2018.
