Raymond was scheduled to arrive in Phoenix, Arizona for an appointment on July 23 and July 24 but did not arrive. Family in the Phoenix area were contacted and they also did not have any contact with Raymond. A cellular phone, black beanie cap, and a red backpack known to belong to Raymond were located in the area he was last seen.
