On July 31, 2018, 47-year-old Thomas James Lapierre was last seen in Williston, North Dakota. At the time of his disappearance, he was homeless and dealing with medical issues. Notably, he had no known vehicles or associates in the area. Thomas had distinctive scars on his left hand, forearm, and left elbow. He also had connections to several regions, including Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, New York, and Canada.
