However, they believe that he became overwhelmed with his circumstances and chose to walk away from his life. In the past, Justin had experienced episodes where he would wander off, but he was always found safe within a few hours.
Justin is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'8' to 5'9' and weighing between 170 and 180 pounds. At the time he went missing, he had a goatee and was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes with white soles. He is considered to be endangered due to his mental illness, as he is without the medication he needs. His condition may cause him to be unaware of his identity or his surroundings.
Following his disappearance, there have been several reported sightings of Justin in the downtown Louisville area. In these sightings, he was reportedly wearing the same torn and tattered clothes each time. There is information to suggest that he may frequent the areas around the Fourth Street Live complex or the Dosker Manor Apartments. It has also been noted that he might be in the company of a small white man with acne scars on his face. The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating his case, and he remains a missing person.
