In the late summer of 2018, Justin Lamont Johnson, a 29-year-old man from Louisville, Kentucky, vanished. He was last seen on September 17, 2018, in the 400 block of South Clay Street, near East Liberty Street. At the time of his disappearance, his family reported that he had been managing his mental illness, holding a job at a hotel, and living independently with his own apartment and car.
