Chad Peters, a 38-year-old man, was last seen on November 9, 2018, in Corpus Christi, Texas, alongside his girlfriend, Tammy Kay Arthur. The couple had recently relocated to the area from Ohio, where Peters worked as an electrical lineman. Shortly before their disappearance, Tammy informed her family through text messages that they were in Laredo, Texas, planning to travel to Mexico for work purposes.
