Seth Svabik, a 31-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, was last seen on January 9, 2019, after leaving a sober living facility in Niles. Seth, who had a history of drug addiction and had recently relapsed, attempted to check into a Motel 6 on Belmont Avenue in Liberty Township, but was refused a room due to his erratic behavior.
