David Young, a 26-year-old man from Red Bluff, California, went missing on January 29, 2019. He was last seen leaving his residence in the 1100 block of Orange Street that morning. At the time of his disappearance, David was wearing a gray beanie, gray sweater, jeans, and gray shoes. He left his personal belongings behind, except for his cell phone, which has since been turned off.
