Lisa Therisa Hazard, a 28-year-old woman from Fall River, Massachusetts, was last seen on March 3, 2019. She left her home in New Bedford that morning and told the father of her young son that she planned to go to Fall River to buy drugs before checking into rehab. Hazard was picked up by an unknown individual in New Bedford, and there has been no trace of her since. Despite extensive efforts, it's unclear whether she ever reached Fall River or left New Bedford.
