A Promising Life Cut Short
Jovanny Hector Puga, an 18-year-old from Green Bay, Wisconsin, was last seen on February 25, 2017, in the Milwaukee/Glendale area. A graduate of Green Bay West High School, Jovanny was known for his close-knit relationship with his family, particularly his sister, Ana Alicia Puga. His sudden disappearance left his family and friends in a state of anguish and uncertainty.
The Disappearance and Initial Investigation
After Jovanny's disappearance, his family reported him missing in March 2017. Initial investigations revealed that he had been lured from Green Bay to Milwaukee under false pretenses. He was taken to a residence on North 84th Street in Milwaukee, where he was beaten and later transported to Lincoln Park in Glendale.
