A Summer Visit Turns into a Nightmare

In 2013, Tiara McWilliams allowed her daughter, Ameera Deadrick, to spend the summer with her father, Anthony Deadrick, and his girlfriend, LaShandra Spikes, in Houston, Texas. What was meant to be a temporary arrangement turned into a prolonged separation when Anthony refused to return Ameera at the end of the summer.
