A Routine Walk That Ended in Mystery
On the evening of July 6, 2019, 28-year-old Sedrick Rayan Crenshaw left his home on Atkins Drive in Nashville, Tennessee, intending to walk approximately 7.5 to 10 miles to meet his girlfriend at a Mapco gas station on Smith Springs Road. Known for his independence and accustomed to walking long distances or using public transportation, this journey was not unusual for Sedrick. However, he never arrived at his destination and has not been seen or heard from since.
An Uncharacteristic Departure
Sedrick's disappearance was immediately concerning to his family and friends due to several uncharacteristic behaviors. He left behind his beloved service dog, Luna, who was essential for managing his Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.
