A Quiet Morning Turns Into a Mystery
On the chilly morning of January 28, 2019, 85-year-old Pandora Duckett left her home in the Raleigh neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, and vanished without a trace. Suffering from Alzheimer's disease, Duckett had only recently moved to Memphis from Jackson, where she had lived for two decades. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers, carrying a small blue purse.
The Last Known Movements
After leaving her residence around 8:30 a.m., Duckett was spotted at a Valero gas station located at the intersection of New Allen and Raleigh-Millington Road, approximately two miles from her home. Surveillance footage captured her inside the store. A woman later reported to authorities that she had given Duckett a ride from the gas station, dropping her off at an address Duckett claimed was her home.
