She left behind all her personal belongings, including her purse and clothing, indicating she did not plan to leave voluntarily . At the time, she was employed at Pancho’s Restaurant in the Richland Plaza Shopping Center .
Although Traci disappeared in June, her missing person report was not filed until October 1996 . This delay may have hindered the initial investigation and the collection of crucial evidence.
