On May 28, 2020, Kevin Eugene Payne, a 47-year-old resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, was last seen leaving his home on Brookline Avenue. He reportedly intended to travel to Daytona Beach, but he has not been heard from since. A family member reported him missing nearly a month later, on June 24, 2020.
Upon receiving the missing person report, the New Smyrna Beach Police Department initiated an investigation. They discovered that Payne's cell phone was turned off and his credit and debit cards were left at his residence, indicating he may not have planned an extended absence.
There have been unconfirmed reports of Payne being seen in the Daytona Beach and Edgewater areas. However, none of these sightings have been verified, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
At the time of his disappearance, Kevin Payne was described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing between 200 and 234 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and wears eyeglasses. He was last seen wearing a white shirt or tank top, blue denim shorts, black shoes, and a blue or black hat. ...Read More
