A Routine Day Turns Mysterious

On August 22, 2018, Damiean Johnson, a 39-year-old resident of Cordova, Tennessee, left his home on Acadia Place in Memphis, Tennessee, and vanished without a trace. According to reports, he departed on foot, seemingly of his own volition, with no immediate signs of distress or foul play. His family noted that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his departure, making his sudden disappearance all the more perplexing. 

A Man Facing Serious Health Challenges

Damiean's disappearance is particularly concerning due to his significant medical conditions. He suffers from bipolar disorder and kidney failure, requiring regular dialysis treatments to survive. Additionally, he is HIV-positive. At the time he went missing, he was not taking medication for his bipolar disorder, which could have impacted his decision-making and behavior.
