Colin James Arey, affectionately known as "Cole," was a 26-year-old from Bucksport, Maine, with a creative spirit and a passion for fashion design. After graduating from the Art Institute of New York City in 2010, he returned to Maine, where he worked as a substitute teacher and education technician at a local elementary school. Colin was known for his introverted nature, love for computer games, and a lifestyle free from alcohol and drugs.
The Day He Disappeared
On January 25, 2017, Colin's stepfather dropped him off at the Brewer Civic Center in Brewer, Maine. He was reportedly starting a new job at the Sears department store inside the Bangor Mall.
