On April 1, 2019, 35-year-old Viridiana Alvarado was last seen in El Paso, Texas. Since that day, she has not been heard from, and her whereabouts remain unknown. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unclear, and few details have emerged about what may have happened to her after she was last seen.
Viridiana is a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands between 5'0" and 6'0" tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She is known to frequently change her hair color, often dyeing it pink, purple, or green. She has several distinctive tattoos, including a Bible scripture on her right leg, a butterfly on her left ankle, the cartoon character Jiminy Cricket on her chest, and on her back, the cartoon character Tinkerbell, a Playboy bunny, her name "Viridiana," and the name "Soledad."
At the time of her disappearance, Viridiana had several medical conditions that may have made her more vulnerable. She suffered from high blood pressure and a foot condition. Additionally, she had a hernia and had previously broken her right forearm in 2014. She also had a Caesarean section scar on her abdomen.
The El Paso Police Department is the primary agency investigating Viridiana's disappearance. The case was officially reported on March 4, 2020, nearly a year after she was last seen.
