Described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5'6" tall and weighing 150 pounds, Jose was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black pants, and carrying a black backpack. Authorities believe he may have left voluntarily, possibly heading to Seattle, Washington, where he had family connections and was believed to be seeking work.
