On June 29, 2019, Tiffany Alma Faith Clark, a 38-year-old mother and healthcare worker, was last seen by her daughter, Michaela Haight, in Modesto, California. Clark had recently been employed at Stockton Hospital and was known for her dedication to her family and work. That evening, she was wearing her work attire: black scrubs, black Nike shoes, and accessories including a Fitbit, pearl earrings, a cross necklace, and a distinctive three-pronged diamond ring on her right hand .
The following day, when Haight was unable to reach her mother, concern quickly escalated. She contacted local hospitals, jails, and mental health facilities in Stanislaus and Calaveras counties, but there was no sign of Clark. By July 1, Haight filed a missing persons report, initiating a search that would soon uncover more questions than answers .
On June 30, 2019, Clark's black 2002 Ford Ranger was discovered abandoned on Martin's Ferry Bridge near Weitchpec, California, over 300 miles from her home in Lodi. The bridge spans the Klamath River and is located within the Yurok Indian Reservation. Local residents reported the vehicle to authorities after noticing it parked in the middle of the bridge .
Inside the truck, investigators found Clark's identification, but her phone, wallet, and other personal belongings were missing.
