Who Was James “Bear” Horn?
James Horn was a 31-year-old Native American man, standing 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 195 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He was known for his distinctive tattoos, including a bear paw with a feather on the right side of his face, a tribal warrior bird on his neck, a dream catcher on the back of his head, the letters "NCN" and a Native American chief on his abdomen, and the words "Mendocino Outlaw" on his biceps.
