Robert Evan Sarkkinen lived a quiet life in a rural area north of Lewisville Park, near the intersection of Charter Oak Road and Northeast 279th Street in Battle Ground, Washington. Born on May 16, 1961, he was 56 years old at the time of his disappearance in May 2018. Robert was a white male, approximately 5'6" tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He had mental disabilities that required him to wear adult diapers and limited his ability to care for himself. Despite these challenges, he was known to wander off occasionally, which had previously caused concern among those close to him.
The Day He Disappeared
