A New Beginning in Kalispell

In August 2019, 24-year-old Jacob Ryan Loomis relocated from southern Oregon to Kalispell, Montana, seeking a fresh start. He moved into the Samaritan House, a homeless shelter and transitional living facility, and secured two jobs, demonstrating his commitment to building a stable life. Jacob's family described him as hardworking and dedicated, making his sudden disappearance all the more perplexing.

The Day He Disappeared

On October 19, 2019, Jacob was last seen on 9th Avenue in Kalispell. He had informed his family of plans to go hunting with his girlfriend and another male friend in the Eureka or Libby area.
