On December 13, 2019, 32-year-old Curtis Brian Ayuluk was last seen leaving Kanakanak Hospital in Dillingham, Alaska, after visiting a patient. Some reports suggest he was last seen two days later, on December 15, after spending the night at his grandfather’s house. He was reported missing on December 16, 2019.
Friends and family have organized extensive searches since his disappearance, covering areas such as Olsenville to Gurtlers, Evergreen and Catholic Cemeteries, Kanakanak graveyard, Olsonville Bluff, Kanakanak beach creek, and Ptarmigan Hill. A Facebook page titled "Please Find Curtis Ayuluk" was created to assist in the search efforts.
The case is listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) under case number MP68102. The Alaska Department of Public Safety also includes Ayuluk in its Missing Persons Clearinghouse.
Curtis Ayuluk is a Native American male, born on September 30, 1987. He has black hair, brown eyes, stands 5’7", and weighs 160 pounds. Details about the clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance are unknown. ...Read More
