The Day She Disappeared: February 14, 2019
On Valentine's Day 2019, Tracy visited her mother's home, arriving inappropriately dressed for the cold weather. Her family provided her with warmer clothing, including black snow pants, a turquoise hooded vest, a black hoodie, and blue rubber boots. Later that day, her twin sister, Angela Day-Nalan, dropped her off at the corner of Franklin Street and Ferry Way in downtown Juneau.
