Living with his grandmother, Betty Hunt, after multiple stays at the East Mississippi State Hospital in Meridian, Travis was striving for stability in his life. The Day He Disappeared
On August 11, 2019, Travis left his grandmother's home on Concord-Bethsalem Road in rural Choctaw County. He was last seen by a family member walking northbound on MS Highway 15, approximately seven miles south of Ackerman. Notably, he was wearing blue jeans but no shirt or shoes, and he left behind his phone, wallet, and crucially, his medication.
