A Routine Visit Turns into a Mystery

On August 26, 2016, Gordon Christopher Rowell, a 34-year-old man from Jesup, Georgia, vanished under perplexing circumstances. Just two days after being paroled from prison, Rowell was involved in a car accident near Buck Swamp Road in Brunswick, Glynn County. Witnesses reported that following the accident, he fled into the surrounding wooded area and was never seen again. Despite extensive searches and investigations, his whereabouts remain unknown.

The Day of Disappearance

Details about the events leading up to Rowell's disappearance are scarce.
