A Quiet Friday Evening Turns Mysterious
On the evening of October 11, 2019, 53-year-old Leroy Doerr was last heard from around 6 p.m. during a conversation with a family member. By the following morning, attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. Concerned, relatives discovered that Doerr was not at his residence east of Creighton, Nebraska. His personal belongings—including his wallet, glasses, credit cards, checkbook, phone, and favorite black sweatshirt—were all found inside the home, along with his medications. All vehicles and motorized farm equipment he had access to were accounted for, suggesting he left on foot.
Health Concerns Amplify Urgency
