A Quiet Summer Day Turns Mysterious
On June 2, 2017, 17-year-old Lincoln Jeffrey Stevens arrived at his father's residence on Mesquite Flat Spring Drive near Cienega High School in Tucson, Arizona. Accompanied by three unidentified African American males, Lincoln never entered the home. He was last seen outside the residence and has not been heard from since. Initially classified as a runaway, the case took a more serious turn months later when authorities began to suspect foul play.
From Runaway to Endangered Missing
In the early stages of the investigation, Lincoln's disappearance was treated as a typical runaway case. However, by November 2017, the Pima County Sheriff's Department announced that new information had surfaced, suggesting "suspicious circumstances" surrounding his absence.
