A Routine Fishing Trip Turns Tragic
On February 3, 1992, Todd William Jensen, a 29-year-old commercial fisherman from Homer, Alaska, embarked on a routine fishing expedition aboard the vessel Sea Venture. The trip took a devastating turn when the boat capsized in rough seas approximately six miles southwest of Point Pogibshi in Kachemak Bay. Despite search efforts, Todd was never found and remains missing to this day.
