On the afternoon of July 3, 2015, Teresa Yolanda Young was last seen in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street NW in Washington, D.C. The 48-year-old African-American woman was wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, black leggings with leopard prints, and white Puma sneakers. She stood 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighed approximately 130 pounds, and had short black hair and brown eyes. A distinctive tattoo of the name "Antonio" adorned her left shoulder.
