On the morning of May 16, 2016, 44-year-old Rayman Anthony Patram was last seen at his residence on Pleasure Run Drive in Ruskin, Florida. Later that day, his wife, Gloria Patram, returned home to find some of her jewelry missing and Rayman gone. Rodriguez, thought to be a member of the Latin Kings gang, was suspected to have fled to Celaya, Mexico, possibly working as a barber .
Despite the issuance of the arrest warrant, Rodriguez remains at large. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has continued to seek information from the public to locate him. Rayman's family has expressed frustration over the lack of progress in the case, feeling that other cases have been resolved while theirs remains stagnant. They continue to hope for closure and justice for Rayman ....Read More
