A Young Mother’s Life in Transition

Jeanette Maria Corpuz, born on January 27, 1975, was a 27-year-old mother of three living in Reno, Nevada. Standing 5'6" tall and weighing 160 pounds, she had brown hair and blue eyes. Jeanette was navigating significant changes in her life, including a recent marriage to Lyle Marsh Montgomery, whom she had met while working at a Super Kmart store—she as a checkout clerk and he as the pharmacy manager. Despite their recent union, their relationship was reportedly troubled, with Jeanette having accused Montgomery of domestic abuse in October 2002.
