Speaking to myself also.” This message, posted at 5:00 a.m., hinted at internal struggles, though its exact meaning remains unclear. Later that morning, around 9:30 a.m., surveillance footage captured Delicia leaving the Newbridge Village Apartments in Richmond, Virginia, in her silver Ford Explorer SUV.
A Disappearance at Camp Wilderness
By 11:30 a.m., Delicia arrived at Camp Wilderness near Kings Dominion amusement park in Doswell, Virginia.
