Janis Louise Taylor was a spirited 15-year-old sophomore at Concord High School in New Hampshire when she vanished on January 9, 1968. She was last seen waiting for a ride home from school, dressed in a gold and white suit, black nylons, black shoes, and a blue coat, carrying a white purse. At the time, she lived in a trailer with her sister-in-law, Judy Taylor, and Judy's young son, Richard.
