According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System , Tanner may have been in need of medical attention and medications at the time of his disappearance. His sudden departure without notice raised immediate concerns among his family and the local community.
Physical Description and Initial Concerns
At the time he went missing, Tanner was described as a white male, standing 5'10" tall and weighing between 135 to 150 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes.
