On September 1, 2018, Loral "Eddie" Pratt Ryan was dropped off at the Albion Store in Albion, California, with plans to head toward Fort Bragg. A Man of Distinctive Appearance
Ryan stood between 5'2" and 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 140 to 150 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he had gray hair, possibly balding, and a full beard.
