On February 9, 1989, 23-year-old Dock Odell Thompson, Jr. and his father, 49-year-old Dock Odell Thompson, Sr. disappeared from their family’s Texaco service station on the 1200 block of Jackson Bluff Road in Tallahassee, Florida. The two were reportedly last seen connected to a business dispute that drew them away from work—and into a mystery that has endured for decades.
