A Quiet Evening Turns into a Mystery

Emmanuel Martin Hosier, a 20-year-old resident of Delta Junction, Alaska, was last seen by his family at approximately 9:00 PM on July 8, 2012. The following day, his vehicle was discovered parked at a bluff overlooking the Tanana River, a location known for its scenic views and challenging terrain .

The Search Begins

Upon the discovery of Hosier's vehicle, Alaska State Troopers initiated a search and rescue operation. The efforts included aerial searches using an R-44 helicopter, ground searches by local volunteers, and canine units from Fairbanks PAWS, which deployed both tracking and cadaver dogs.
