A Quiet Evening Turns Mysterious

On the evening of December 22, 2009, Richard Rolund, Jr., a 65-year-old resident of San Leandro, California, was scheduled to meet friends for dinner. He had a boat docked at the San Leandro Marina and was known to be punctual and reliable. When he failed to appear for the dinner engagement, concern quickly grew among his friends.
