A Life Cut Short in Alaska's Treacherous Waters

On April 25, 1998, 24-year-old Robert Ritchie vanished while aboard the fishing vessel Evanick, en route from Kodiak to Togiak, Alaska. The young fisherman, described as a 5'11", 230-pound Caucasian male with brown hair, was reported missing and is presumed deceased. The incident occurred in the unforgiving waters of the Gulf of Alaska, a region notorious for its perilous conditions.
