On February 7, 2018, Paulo Matos, a 30-year-old resident of Brick, New Jersey, embarked on a commercial fishing trip aboard the vessel Queen Anne’s Revenge. A Man of Distinctive Features

Standing at 6 feet 3 inches and weighing between 200 and 220 pounds, Paulo Matos was a notable presence.
